Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to patient/resident with ADLs and cares.
• Prepares and assists patients with meals and nourishment.
• Obtains vital signs and documents findings in EMR/Point Click Care.
• Assists nursing staff by answering call bells, stocking rooms, and reporting abnormalities.
• Maintains patient privacy and quality of life and supports discharge or transfer needs.
