Job summary

Cayuga Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility in Montour Falls, NY. The role runs days, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, onsite, with every other weekend required. You will provide ADL support, monitor vital signs, assist with meals, and document care in the EMR.

Qualifications

• NYS CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance and basic care; prepare units and patient rooms for admission/transfer/discharge.
• Assist with meals and nourishment; offer water and support as needed.
• Support nursing staff by answering call bells, stocking rooms, and reporting abnormal findings.
• Protect patient rights, privacy, and dignity; promote quality of life.
• Document all interactions and care in EMR and Point Click Care.
