Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Leominster, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and report changes to staff, ensuring dignity and comfort for residents.

Starting at $18.50 per hour, the night shift runs 11pm–7am every other weekend. Benefits include holidays, meal program, training, 401k, health plans, tuition reimbursement, and paid time

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
