Job summary

UMC HomeWorks is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to fill per diem Staffing CNA shifts across South Jersey. Earn $24.00-$28.00 per hour, with shift differentials up to $4 more for evenings, nights, and weekends, and you choose day, evening, or night shifts as they become available.

Responsibilities include covering open shifts, assisting residents with daily care, following care plans, and documenting accurately.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification.
• At least 6 months of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Fill in and provide coverage for open shifts you've agreed to.
• Support residents with daily personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Follow each resident's care plan and complete documentation accurately.
• Make rounds to check on residents and provide consistent, individualized support.
• Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment.
• Build real relationships with residents while working alongside the care team.
