Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a long‑term care setting.
• Flu vaccination is required and English reading/writing speaking ability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Fill in and provide coverage for open shifts.
• Provide daily personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Follow care plans and complete documentation for continuity of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to offer consistent, individualized support.
• Assist residents during meals and with mobility equipment.
• Build meaningful connections and collaborate with team members.
