The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A./CNA) for Per Diem - All Shifts. The role involves helping residents with daily living activities, assisting dependents needing extra care, and reporting to nurses. Documentation of vital signs, weights, intake and ADL flow sheets is expected.

Center staff follow Department of Public Health vaccination guidance and the job is offered on-site. EOE.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing and bed mobility.
• Provide assistance to residents who are dependent and need your special care.
• Communicates with nurses and keep them informed about the residents.
• Document information about the residents in areas such as weights, vital signs, food and fluid intake, ADL flow sheets.
