Job summary

ALCOEUR GARDENS AT TOMS RIVER LLC is seeking dedicated individuals to assist 19 residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. The role involves providing companionship, supporting emotional needs, and maintaining a positive living environment.

Full-time hours are offered for the 11 PM - 7 AM shift, with part-time options available from 7 AM - 3 PM and 3 PM - 11 PM. Per Diem shifts are also available, along with an in-house CMA (Certified Medication Aide) course for employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care and support to elderly residents.
• Ability to operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship to foster a positive environment.
• Help with meal preparation and maintain dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

Full-time hours being offered for the 11 pm - 7 am shift IMMEDIATE HIRE

PART - TIME 7 AM - 3 PM & 3 PM - 11 PM
