Job summary

The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A./CNA) to provide compassionate daily care on standard shifts. The role includes assisting residents with ADLs and reporting to licensed nurses, with a focus on resident comfort and safety.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus (prorated) and shift differentials: $2.50 on some evening/night hours, $3.50 on weekends, and $2.75 for specific weekend day shifts. EOE. Center staff follow health guidelines.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Good communication with nurses.
• Document resident information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with eating, bathing, dressing, and mobility as directed.
• Provide care to residents who are dependent and need personalized attention.
• Communicate with nurses and keep them informed about residents.
• Document resident data such as weights, vital signs, intake, and flow sheets.

Sign on bonus, prorated -$2,000.00

We are looking for compassionate individuals who can provide care to residents as directed by the licensed nurses and as outlined in the plan of care.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA/C.N.A.:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing and bed mobility.
• Provide assistance to residents who are dependent and need your special care.
• Communicates with nurses and keep them informed about the residents.
• Document information about the residents in areas such as weights, vital signs, food and fluid intake, ADL flow sheets.

Center staff members must follow the Department of Public Health COVID-19 vaccination guidance.
