Job summary

Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for per diem shifts. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assist with ADLs, and support daily nursing activities in a positive team environment.

Ideal candidates hold PA CNA certification, have long-term care experience, and can work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. A sign-on bonus of $2,500 applies to full-time CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or related field preferred.
• Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with ADLs, hygiene, and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care.
