Job summary

Spring House Estates, part of Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc., seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing neighborhood on a Per Diem shift. The CNA delivers direct, hands-on daily living support, prioritizing safety, comfort, and dignity for residents under supervision of licensed staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School diploma or equivalent, an active CNA license, and CPR certification (or obtain within three months).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current State CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Delivers compassionate care while prioritizing safety, comfort, and dignity and reports changes to supervising nursing staff.
• Documents resident status and supports proactive, personalized care under licensed staff.
