Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Under supervision of licensed staff, you will provide direct care, assist with daily living activities, and prioritize resident safety and dignity, reporting any changes promptly to the team. The ideal candidate holds a State CNA certification and a current CPR credential (or will obtain within three months).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current State CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes to licensed nursing staff.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care while prioritizing safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
