Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, delivers compassionate, high-quality care to residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Provides direct, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility) while prioritizing safety, comfort and dignity.
• Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being and reports changes to licensed staff to support proactive care.
