Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on a per diem basis to provide compassionate, hands-on care in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Under supervision of licensed staff, you will assist with daily living activities while prioritizing safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ well-being, reporting changes promptly, and supporting proactive, personalized care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification or obtain within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitors residents' physical and emotional well-being and reports changes to licensed nursing staff.
• Prioritizes safety, comfort and dignity of residents at all times.
