Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the CNA delivers compassionate, high-quality care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating and mobility.

You will monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes to licensed staff to support proactive and personalized care, while helping maintain safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current State CNA certification required.
• CPR certification required (or obtain within three months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
• Provide direct hands-on assistance with activities of daily living.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes to licensed staff.
• Maintain resident safety, comfort and dignity at all times.
