Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a part-time Per-Diem Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support the Student Health Center and school clinics. You will assist ill or injured students, handle admissions and discharges, and transport students to off-campus medical appointments, including ER visits.

Schedule features up to 29 hours per week with two 8-hour weekend shifts per four-week cycle. Competitive hourly pay and benefits for part-time staff are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid CMA certification or equivalent state approval is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required; OSHA training is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as CMA or CNA is required.

Responsibilities

• Support school nurses in delivering high-quality, student-centered care.
• Assist with student admissions and discharges and daily care needs.
• Transport and accompany students to off-campus medical appointments, including ER visits.
