Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking a part-time Certified Medical Assistant to support our on-campus Health Center and school clinics. The CMA assists registered nurses in delivering high-quality care to PreK–12 students, including admissions/discharge procedures and coordinating off-campus appointments.

The position offers 24–29 hours weekly with shifts 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m., every other weekend and rotating holidays based on student needs.

Qualifications

• Completion of a vocational/technical program or CMA training required.
• State approved Medical Assistant training program or equivalent certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses to provide high quality health care to students in the Health Center and school clinics.
• Help with admissions and discharge procedures for students.
• Transport and accompany students to off-campus medical appointments and emergencies.
