Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Texas (MD/DO) and board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience as Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical trials at Headlands Research sites, ensuring protocol compliance and ethical guidelines.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site staff.
• Participate in investigator meetings and educational initiatives.
• Obtain IRB approval for study initiation and protocol modifications.
• Oversee subject safety and informed consent process.
• Communicate with sponsors, monitors, regulators, and research leadership.
• Provide ongoing training and support to research staff.
