• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility.
• Strong interest in clinical research and patient access to trials.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Leadership interest; willingness to take on investigator roles.
• Prior research experience valued but not required.
• Physicians from a wide range of specialties encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator on Phase II–IV trials.
