Job summary

Headlands Research in El Paso, TX invites a licensed PA or Nurse Practitioner to join as Sub-Investigator for our clinical trials. The role is onsite, part-time (~24 hours/week) with 8-hour shifts, 8:00am-4:30pm, and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of licensed PA/NP experience treating adult and geriatric patients.
• Currently licensed to practice as an NP/PA in Texas.
• Clinical research experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, punctuality and responsibility.
• Organized with attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of study subjects per protocol.
• Conduct medical history interviews and physical examinations.
• Review EKGs and lab results.
• Provide medical care during trials as needed.
• Attend Investigator Meetings when required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
