Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to oversee prescription renewal requests within regulatory guidelines. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize therapy and ensure excellent patient and provider satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or PharmD from accredited School of Pharmacy.
• PGY-1 or equivalent experience required.
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
• Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License when eligible.
• 3 years pharmacy practice with at least 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing of prescription renewal requests per regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, licensed/unlicensed caregivers, and pharmacy programs.
• Ensure high patient and provider satisfaction through exceptional service.

Skills

Pharmacy practice experience

Related experience in lieu of PGY-1

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

PharmD in Pharmacy

PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent

Washington Pharmacist License

Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License
