Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist I to deliver high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care in collaboration with the healthcare team. You will support medication therapy optimization and documentation while aligning with the Sisters of Providence mission.
Key duties include providing comprehensive patient care, adhering to policies, communicating clearly with patients and staff, and staying current with regulatory requirements and medication safety
The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operationalservices in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.
Key roles include:
1. The ability to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical patient care.
2. Ability to follow department/ facility/regional policies, procedures and guidelines related to medication use system, pharmaceutical care and documentation of clinical interventions.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form to key stakeholders (peers, caregivers, patients, providers).
4. Knowledgeable of regulatory requirements and medication safety standards.
