Interim Healthcare Staffing is seeking CMA/MA/LPN clinical support professionals for per diem assignments across Primary Care clinics in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul metro area. Roles include rooming patients, taking vitals, chart review, and exam room prep, with shift flexibility and potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited MA program OR an LPN license in MN.
• 6 months of recent direct patient care experience in a clinical setting (Family Practice/Pediatrics preferred).
• Phlebotomy/Lab experience preferred but not required.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross (online not acceptable).
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Room patients in a clinic setting.
• Take vital signs and other pertinent measurements.
• Review charts and pertinent information.
• Prepare exam rooms for patient setup and procedures.
• Prepare charts for patient appointments.
• Facilitate timely and accurate communication within the clinic/location.
• Assist with cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control.
• Ensure clinic supplies are stocked and organized.
• Administer vaccinations and manage in-basket tasks.
