Vista Veterinary Specialists is seeking a compassionate, organized Client Service Representative to join our team on a Per Diem basis. The CSR will greet clients, coordinate appointments, and help with admissions, discharges, and billing to ensure a smooth client experience.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and a professional demeanor. Experience in veterinary client service or emergency settings is preferred, with strong communication and computer skills.

Competenze

• Veterinary client service experience or veterinary medicine experience preferred.
• Emergency or specialty veterinary hospital experience preferred.
• Experience with EzyVet is highly desirable but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, compassionate demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and exercise sound judgment in high-stress situations.

Per Diem opportunity in Sacramento, California

Vista Veterinary Specialists is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on a Per Diembasis. This position provides the first impression of our hospital and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for our clients and their pets.

As a Client Service Representative, you will greet clients with empathy and professionalism while coordinating appointments, assisting with emergencies, processing admissions and discharges, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service.

Schedule

• Per Diem position
• Shifts are scheduled as needed
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
