Ethos Veterinary Health's VSH Roseville is seeking a Client Service Representative to greet clients and support front desk operations at a 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and compassion.
• Serve as the first point of contact for emergency and specialty appointments.
• Manage appointments, emergency visits, admissions, and patient discharges.
• Process invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare, review, and maintain client and patient medical records.
• Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties including scanning, emailing, filing, and document management.
• Answer incoming calls and direct client inquiries appropriately.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams.
