Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth is seeking a Clinical Exercise Physiologist for per diem/part-time coverage in the cardiac rehab program. You will join a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized exercise prescriptions, monitor patients during sessions, and participate in education and program outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Exercise Science or Physiology (Master's preferred), 24 months of recent relevant experience, and current BLS/ACLS with CEP/RCEP or

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Exercise Science/Physiology required.
24 months of recent relevant experience.
Master's degree strongly desired.
RCEP/CEP certifications strongly desired; CCRP accepted.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

Contributes to a multidisciplinary team for cardiac rehab programs.
Develops and adjusts individualized exercise prescriptions.
Supervises exercise sessions and monitors responses.
Monitors blood pressure and telemetry during sessions.
Documents assessments and communicates findings to MDT.
Participates in emergencies, drills, and program outcomes reporting.
