The position requires a BS in exercise science/physiology (or related field), BLS certification, and prior rehab experience. Per diem shifts support the cardiovascular health team and patient care delivery.

Formación

• BLS certification required or ability to obtain immediately upon hire.
• Strong communication and counseling skills for education on risk factors and healthy lifestyles.
• Prior experience in clinical cardiac rehabilitation or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement education, exercise plans and prescriptions for adult cardiac rehab participants.
• Lead group education classes and individual counseling sessions on disease risk factors and lifestyle modification.
• Document assessments, interventions and progress in patient records with timely accuracy.
