Responsibilities

• Assembles, portions, labels, restocks foods for cafeteria services.
• Maintains sanitation of cafeteria and performs warewashing duties.
• Uses cash register to record payments and make change; handles transactions.
• Assists in training of other food service workers.
• Cleans work areas and equipment per health and safety rules.
