Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing needs
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to obtain relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and Behavior Technician Certification (if not already certified)

Requirements

The applicant must be able to complete a pre‑employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required. DHS FBI Fingerprint, PA Childline, and PA Criminal clearance are required.

Hours are primarily second shift with weekends and holidays. Flexibility is required.
