Perseus House Inc. in Erie, PA is seeking a Behavioral Technician/ Specialist to support clients with daily living, communication, and behavior management. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate care and implement evidence-based approaches.

Requirements include a high school diploma, possible higher certification, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and Behavioral Technician credentials. Prior experience is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• Associates/Bachelor's Degree is needed for the Behavioral Specialist.
• Prior experience with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing needs.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and Behavior Technician Certification (if not already certified).
