Job summary

Bradley Hospital, an affiliate of Brown University Health, is hiring a Behavioral Health Specialist I to support the therapeutic milieu and provide compassionate, structured care to children and adolescents within our inpatient and partial programs.

You will maintain a safe, structured environment, observe patients, participate in treatment team activities, document shift notes, and support families and daily routines in a collaborative care setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Therapeutic Milieu Support: Maintain a safe, structured environment; engage with assigned children during shifts.
• Patient Observation: Maintain and document observation levels as ordered by physician or Charge RN.
• Daily Care & Routines: Supervise children, assist with activities of daily living, basic hygiene.

Education
