Job summary

Bayberry Skilled Nursing and Healthcare Center, a Generations Healthcare facility, is seeking an RN for the Behavioral Health Unit in Concord, CA. Per diem position offering AM, PM, and NOC shifts with a $48.00 - $53.00 DOE range.

The RN will provide direct nursing care, supervise Mental Health Specialists, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations to uphold high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• RN degree or graduation from an approved RN program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state required.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in psych/locked facility or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in the Behavioral Health Unit.
• Supervise and assist daily nursing activities performed by Mental Health Specialists.
• Ensure care aligns with federal/state/local standards and regulations.
