Siena Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a Generations Healthcare facility, is seeking an RN for our Behavioral Health Unit. This part-time and per diem position involves 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and offers a compensation range of $50.00–$52.00 per hour DOE.

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license and a nursing degree, with preferred 1 year of psych/locked facility experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, regulatory compliance, and compassionate resident care.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in a psych and/or locked facility or hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care in the Behavioral Health Unit.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities by Mental Health Specialists.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
