St. John’s Community Services is seeking a Per Diem Behavior Analyst to supervise ABA programming and train staff.

You will coordinate services in Applied Behavior Analysis, functional assessments, and behavior reduction strategies, ensuring effective implementation by DSPs and ABA implementers. The role involves ongoing supervision, data-driven program adjustments, and collaboration with families, with Therap used for notes and billing.

Qualifications

• Supervise and train direct support professionals and ABA implementers.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior plans.
• Provide ongoing ABA training and supervision to staff.
• Utilize Therap for session notes and billing.

Responsibilities

• Function in supervisory capacity over programming and DSP trainers.
• Develop and deliver ABA training using DTT and natural environment teaching.
• Create resources and support information for clients and families.
• Provide model teaching and direct instructional supports.
• Maintain data collection to measure program efficacy.
