Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) per diem, hourly, with flexible scheduling in New York. The role supports in-person or remote service delivery and includes supervision, data-driven assessment, and collaboration with families and schools.

The position emphasizes clinical excellence, operational flexibility, and a dedicated support structure including Staffing Coordinators and Case Managers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate
• State licensure where applicable
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint
