Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) per diem role, offering hourly pay and flexible scheduling. The position emphasizes clinical excellence, data-driven ABA therapy, and meaningful impact for children and families across in-person and remote settings.

The team supports clinicians with a Staffing Coordinator, Case Manager, and a dedicated Clinical Support group, plus access to the ATrack platform for treatment planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
