Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to deliver ABA services with clinical autonomy and flexible hours across in-person, remote, or hybrid settings.

You'll work with families and our clinical team to conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, analyze data, and ensure compliant documentation using ATrack. Dedicated staffing and case management support your caseload, with rolling applications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide treatment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming as needed.
• Monitor client progress and ensure effective, individualized services.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure services comply with BACB, payer, HIPAA and state rules.
