Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking Per Diem BCBAs to provide individualized ABA services with flexible hours and strong clinical autonomy. You’ll collaborate with families and professionals, while leveraging our staffing and case-management support to manage caseloads.

You’ll work on diverse cases, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure services comply with BACB standards and state requirements, all while delivering meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming.
• Monitor progress and ensure individualized treatment.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure services comply with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and state requirements.
• Deliver ethical, high-quality ABA services.
