Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to deliver individualized ABA services with clinical autonomy. The role emphasizes scheduling flexibility, allowing BCBAs to tailor their caseload and hours while maintaining high-quality care for children and families.

You’ll work with families and your clinical team to reach goals, with dedicated staffing and case management support, plus access to our proprietary ATrack platform for treatment planning and data collection.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person services are required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements.
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
