A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice collaborates with private equity portfolio companies to provide solutions that preserve and generate value. Our focus is on enhancing transparency of key drivers and business performance, increasing cash flow and EBITDA, and actively engaging in our clients' operations to support credible planning and execution of financial outcomes.

Professional Expectations

• Expertise in Digital Finance Transformation with proven implementation experience
• Track record in assessing finance and accounting functions and deploying digital technologies such as RPA, Finance Analytics, NLG, and Predictive Forecasting models to improve efficiency and transparency
• Experience in finance & accounting process improvement and automation
• Knowledge of digital finance tools and vendors
• Experience implementing digital finance solutions in large public companies or mid-sized PE-owned portfolio companies
• Ability to develop and build predictive forecasting models

Scope Development & Project Management

• Engage with clients to facilitate data gathering and interviews
• Define analysis scope, develop frameworks, and develop actionable insights
• Lead project components and manage client expectations

Qualifications

• Experience in digital finance technologies including RPA, predictive forecasting, analytics, NLG, and data visualization
• Over 12 years of experience in finance, accounting, due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation skills
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s degree (preferred but not required)
