PEPI CFO Services Director, Digital Finance:

PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS

• Expertise in Digital Finance Transformation with proven implementation experience
• Track record in assessing finance and accounting functions, implementing digital technologies to improve efficiency and transparency, including RPA, Finance Analytics, NLG, and Predictive Forecasting models
• Experience in process improvement and automation within finance & accounting
• Knowledge of digital finance tools and vendors
• Experience implementing digital tools for finance in large public companies or mid-size PE-owned portfolio companies
• Ability to develop predictive forecasting models

Scope Development & Hypothesis:

• Engage with clients to gather information effectively
• Lead client interviews, ensuring comprehensive data collection
• Determine analyses needed to validate assumptions, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Leverage industry and functional knowledge to identify business drivers and issues
• Develop project frameworks within given parameters
• Formulate actionable conclusions from analyses

Project Management & Leadership:

• Lead project components across multiple service lines; manage smaller projects independently
• Manage client expectations and mitigate project risks
• Create clear, actionable plans and oversee workstreams
• Design initiatives to generate cash flow, improve EBITDA, and optimize organizational structure to enhance client value
• Identify risks early, develop contingency plans, and communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited 4-year college/university in accounting, finance, or economics preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with digital finance technologies: RPA, predictive forecasting, analytics, NLG, data visualization
• Over 12 years of experience in accounting, finance, due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity
• Proficiency in financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s degree preferred but not required
