A&M CFO Services work with private equity held portfolio companies to provide solutions that preserve and generate value for their businesses. Our goal is to enhance transparency of key drivers and business performance, support increasing cash flow and EBITDA, and deliver benefits through hands-on involvement in our clients' operations. PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS:

Data Collection, Validation, and Analysis

• Identify, request, and process relevant data to perform fact-based analyses
• Validate data used in calculations, reconcile models and reports
• Think critically and apply rules to produce accurate analyses
• Summarize findings in clear spreadsheet templates and presentation slides

Project Management and Implementation

• Independently execute operational tasks such as developing tools/templates, creating slide decks, etc.
• Perform quality checks on work products to ensure clarity, logical flow, and accuracy
• Set up tools and utilize client software to access data

Teamwork

• Collaborate effectively with team members and share knowledge

Financial Acumen

• Possess financial modeling experience and a basic understanding of financial statements, treasury, and cash management; recognize cause/effect relationships in trial balance accounts

REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate of an accredited 4-year college/university in accounting, finance, economics preferred but not required
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity
• Experience in building integrated financial models and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
