Role: PEPI CFO Services Senior Associate, Digital Finance

Professional Expectations

• Expertise in Digital Finance Transformation with proven implementation experience
• Experience assessing finance and accounting functions, implementing digital technologies such as RPA, Finance Analytics, NLG, and Predictive Forecasting models
• Skills in finance & accounting process improvement and automation
• Knowledge of digital finance tools and vendors
• Experience implementing digital tools in large public companies or PE-owned portfolio companies
• Ability to develop and build predictive forecasting models

Scope Development & Project Management

• Facilitate client information gathering and interviews
• Define analysis scope and develop frameworks
• Develop actionable conclusions and lead project components independently
• Manage risks, develop contingency plans, and communicate effectively with clients

Leadership & Financial Acumen

Additional Details

Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience and location. A discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package are also offered.
