Associate, CFO Services - (Digital Finance)

Senior Associate, Digital Finance - Professional Expectations:

• Expertise in Digital Finance Transformation and proven implementation experience
• Track record in assessing finance and accounting functions, implementing digital technologies such as RPA, Finance Analytics, NLG, Predictive Forecasting models
• Skills in finance & accounting process improvement and automation
• Knowledge of digital finance tools and vendors
• Experience implementing digital tools for finance in large corporations or PE portfolio companies
• Ability to develop and build predictive forecasting models

Scope Development & Project Management:

• Engage with clients to gather information and facilitate interviews
• Define analysis scope, develop frameworks, and ensure timely execution
• Lead project components independently, manage client expectations, and develop actionable plans

Leadership & Financial Acumen:

• Guide teams leveraging industry expertise
• Manage client relationships and team issues
• Proficiency in financial modeling, statement analysis, and understanding financial statements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics (preferred but not required)
• Experience with digital finance technologies (RPA, predictive analytics, NLG, data visualization)
• 2-4 years in finance, accounting, due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity
• Proficiency in financial models and data analytics
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s degree (preferred but not required)

Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
