Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is actively interviewing for a talented PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant for a 12-month contract in San Antonio, TX.

This onsite role requires extensive hands-on PeopleSoft HCM expertise and senior-level collaboration with business and technical teams. You will work independently, lead implementations, upgrades, modernization, or enhancement projects, and support core HR, payroll, and benefits modules in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.

Qualifications

• 15 years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and core HR modules.

Immediate need for a talented PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultants. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Antonio, TX (Onsite). Please review the job description below.

Pay Range: $95 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 15 years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
• Strong Techno-Functional background (technical side should be strong)
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
• Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, ESS/MSS, TAM/Recruiting
• Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integrations, Data Conversion, Configuration, Fit-Gap Analysis, Testing (SIT/UAT), and Production Support
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Should be able to work independently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Led implementations, upgrades, modernization, or enhancement projects.
