Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for a 6-month contract in Arlington, TX (Hybrid).

The role requires 15+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience and a strong techno-functional background, with hands-on work on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and related modules. Pay range is $80–$85/hour with benefits such as health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 15+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
• Strong techno-functional background with technical depth.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Experience with Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, ESS/MSS, TAM/Recruiting.
• Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integrations, Data Conversion, Configuration, Fit-Gap Analysis, Testing, and Production Support.
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.

Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 15+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
• Strong Techno-Functional background (technical side should be strong)
• Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
• Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, ESS/MSS, TAM/Recruiting
• Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integrations, Data Conversion, Configuration, Fit‑Gap Analysis, Testing (SIT/UAT), and Production Support
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Should be able to work independently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Prioritize candidates who have led implementations, upgrades, modernization, or enhancement projects and can start quickly.
