Job summary

Texas Department of Transportation in Austin is seeking a HRIS Analyst to support the Oracle PeopleSoft HR Core modules, position management, and related systems. This role focuses on analysis, data integrity, testing, and system configurations.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of HRIS PeopleSoft experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with HR and IT teams. Onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of HRIS Oracle PeopleSoft HR Core and/or Position Management experience.
• Experience with state or local government systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, testing and data integrity skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, test and implement system configurations for HR Core in PeopleSoft.
• Maintain data integrity in SPRS and PeopleSoft; coordinate corrections with CPA and others.
• Provide regular and ad hoc data reports to stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with IT and vendor staff to discuss system changes and testing timelines.
• Develop and deliver HR transaction training and update job aids.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
