Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Program Manager to join a contract with a federal government client. The Program Manager will provide overall leadership for SAFe Agile activities, operations, governance, and compliance with NGA and federal requirements.

This role oversees cross-functional teams and delivery of program increments, migrations, security docs, and risk management. Responsibilities include leading planning, managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk; ensuring DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field/major.
• Five (5) additional years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ten (10) years of PeopleSoft HCM experience in an Intelligence or DoD agency.
• PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage program scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Oversee PeopleSoft HCM initiatives and ensure DoD compliance.
• Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a secure environment.
