ManpowerGroup’s client, Experis, seeks a PeopleSoft Functional-Technical Business Systems Analyst to join a hybrid team supporting enterprise systems. The role focuses on investigating complex PeopleSoft issues, detailing functional and technical requirements, and coordinating between business units and technical resources.

You will troubleshoot PeopleSoft components, participate in testing and rollout activities, and contribute to improvements across security, data, and batch processes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior-level business systems analysis, preferably supporting enterprise ERP applications.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and technical proficiency for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis experience, including testing support and system implementation involvement.

Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and the ability to work comfortably at a technical level for analysis and troubleshooting.

Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis experience, including testing support and system implementation involvement.

Working knowledge of SQL, PeopleSoft Query, and relational database concepts to validate system behavior and research data.

Functional-technical understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, data structures, security, integrations, and batch processes, including the ability to review technical components (e.g., PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, SQR) without serving as a primary developer.
