Duration: 3 months (Part Time - ~20 hours per week)
Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a PeopleSoft functional analyst for our client.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- The PeopleSoft AR, AP & Collections Functional Lead will be responsible for supporting the client with the current objectives of their backlog. They will work with stakeholders from a few departments including IT and Finance. Document requirements, help configure PeopleSoft based on those requirements, Knowledge Transfer and document their changes/solutions, support testing and implementations. The AR, AP & Collections Functional Lead provides expert advice on how to leverage PeopleSoft to solve business and process problems.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should have extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft AR, Billing and Customer functionality, configurations, and data structures.
- Should have extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft AR, Billing and Customer processes, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Design and implement SQL scripts to retrieve specific datasets based on business requirements using an SQL tool.
- Perform data validation and verification to ensure integrity and reliability of integration from external systems to PeopleSoft modules.
- Maximize efficiencies in mapping and developing external data integration processes to reduce customization and utilize delivered functionality to allow configurable sustainment for increasing volumes and alignment to be supported by PeopleSoft Oracle for system bugs as per the support agreement.
- Ability to conduct technical analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of issues within the integration processes and delivered processes for SQR reports, Application Engine processes and Integration Broker processes.
- Liaison and translate requirements between technical and functional teams for both the internal and external client.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years experience supporting companies with PeopleSoft solutions and best practices.
