The University of South Carolina is seeking a PeopleSoft Finance Senior Business Analyst to join IT Enterprise Applications in Columbia. Job Duty Provide FSCM production incident triage/resolution as well as problem analysis/resolution support (tier 2) for assigned modules. Collaborate with the Program Manager & Division of Administration & Finance central staff to review/maintain operational & service level metrics for trends, patterns, prioritization, improvements, & training needs. Job Duty Performs highly complex FSCM process analysis, design, and simulation across multiple platforms and/or across functions in business areas. Identifies current processes and procedures that are candidates for improvement and leads the creation of future configurations that lead to gains in efficiency and cost savings. Documents PeopleSoft business processes, testing scenarios/scripts, related training content, job aids, and end‑user communications. Job Duty Utilizing industry standard program management methodologies, serve as PeopleSoft business analyst on mid-size to large projects. Serve as a contact for vendor partnerships facilitating meetings & evaluating vendor proposals. Facilitate inter/intra departmental tasks, meetings & communication. Mentor team members to enhance business analyst skills. Participate in regular production support, incident management, release management, change management, SME , & user group meetings.
